Job Summary/Company:

A leader in the equipment rental industry is seeking a direct hire Customer Service Agent who excels at providing 5-star customer service to commercial accounts and is available to work weekends (full-time position with two days off during the week). Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities: 

  • Field approximately 50-100 calls/day
  • Provide pricing information to prospective clients
  • Assist with billing questions
  • Manage complaints/service issues
  • Order entry
  • Export data from proprietary software into Excel and sort (requires knowledge of pivot tables and advanced functions)

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Ability to work weekends with Wednesdays/Thursdays off during the week
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Order entry experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
