Customer Service Agent
A leader in the equipment rental industry is seeking a direct hire Customer Service Agent who excels at providing 5-star customer service to commercial accounts and is available to work weekends (full-time position with two days off during the week). Apply now or call 703-620-6444!
- Field approximately 50-100 calls/day
- Provide pricing information to prospective clients
- Assist with billing questions
- Manage complaints/service issues
- Order entry
- Export data from proprietary software into Excel and sort (requires knowledge of pivot tables and advanced functions)
- Ability to work weekends with Wednesdays/Thursdays off during the week
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
- Order entry experience preferred
- Call center experience preferred
