We partner with some of the nation's leading clean energy suppliers and assist them with their community outreach, grassroots marketing, and customer acquisition & retention. Now, we are looking for our next team members to be an essential part of a company that acts locally, and thinks globally. Responsibilities: - Respond to all customer inquiries concerning product and service offerings and conduct follow up calls to ensure a successful transition for their energy supply - Manage the customer database using CRM software - Trouble shoot and problem solve customer or member accounts and issues - Evaluate needs of potential customers and match them with the products and service plans that meet their needs - Be the initial point of contact for all customers interested in clean energy options and present a positive and professional brand image at all timesQualifications: - 1-2 years experience with communication at all levels with internal/external customers by phone, email and face to face highly recommended - Driven, self-motivated professional who has a passion assisting the local community - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member - Flexibility in scheduling and comfortable in an "all hands on deck" team environment
