Regional HR Analyst
Grade: POSITION SUMMARY:It is the primary responsibility of the HR Analyst to run daily audit reports, conduct analysis and make recommendations regarding practices/processes to business operators at all MGM Resorts Regional properties based on those analyses, and conduct all relevant duties as assigned, such as data input, research and processing. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company and property policies, practices, and procedures and meet all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to all Regional Human Resources departments and property operations in achievement of established goals and objectives by producing and analyzing reports that are accurate, concise, clear and delivered in a timely and consistent manner. Systematically analyze data, identify options, draw logical conclusions and recommend appropriate course of action using creativity, good judgment and strategic thinkingCreate, analyze, and distribute Workday delivered reports such as turnover analysis, active lists, candidate flow, candidate pipeline, executive dashboard, etc., as neededProvide ongoing analytics, guidance, and support during the hiring process to ensure compliance with jurisdictional/local, Veteran, and other hiring initiatives and commitmentsDesign and run custom queries to produce ad-hoc reports for special projects and initiativesGenerate and send gaming licensing reports to properties, identifying areas of concern for properties to address and distribute, as neededPrepare and submit Legal and CBA packets and reports as requiredVerify data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing, and auditingEnsure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies at all timesProvide security administration support by defining and assigning appropriate levels of access for Human Resources systems usersTrain users and provide support for all Human Resources software programs such as Workday and KronosAssist Legal/HR in providing employee records or documents when requestedProvide excellent customer service consistent with the property's core service standards to MGM National Harbor employees and external clients while assisting them with Human Resources questions and requestsAssist Human Resources team with related Human Resources projectsOther job-related duties as requestedThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
