GovernmentCIO is looking a talented full life-cycle Recruiter who will be responsible for staffing variety of technical, management and non-technical positions across all areas of our rapidly growing company. Gain understanding of position requirements and work environment by reviewing job descriptions and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Post, manage and prioritize positions within our recruiting management system (iCIMS) and develop sourcing strategy to develop pool of candidates. Ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools, social media and various recruiting job boards. Effectively screen candidates and against job requirements and perform phone interviews to determine how well the candidates fits the need. Create position descriptions from SOW, PWS and source for proposals and key personnel requisitions Review applicants that apply directly through our website or through our employee referral process to qualify each candidate with all open job requisitions. Provide summary of candidate to hiring manager that highlights key information, salary requirements and recommendation for next steps. Coordinate interview process and obtain feedback from hiring team. Track and document recruiting activity in recruiting management system. Supporting hiring manager with compensation issues and close offers of employment. . Bachelor's degree . 3+ years recruiting experience at either a staffing agency or within a corporate HR department. . Clear understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, identification, assessment and presentation of candidates . Strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency.
