Develops and implements creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates.
Applies critical thinking to the entire recruitment process and leverages knowledge of market trends
and external factors to enhance the organization?s competitive position. Advises and educates
mangers and junior recruiters on policies, processes and effective methodologies. Demonstrate actions
and attitude that contribute to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work,
Most extraordinary experience, Superior outcomes, Financial success for reinvestment, A growing
organization vital to the community, and Valued as a faith-based organization).
Work Schedule:


BA/BS Degree in business or health care or related field and PHR/SPHR or related professional preferred.
certification.
At least 5 years of work experience including 3 years recruitment experience.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of federal/state employment labor laws and EEO compliance
requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of Adventist HealthCare?s benefit programs and compensation philosophy.
Knowledgeable on Cost Per Hire metrics and hiring trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be willing to travel locally.
Exercises independent judgment in deciding priorities, processes and procedures.
Demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to changing requirements and client demands.
