The Structural Heart Coordinator is responsible for providing care to patients with valvular heart disease including TAVR and TMVR patients. The position is integral in coordinating the required pre-and post-procedure care for TAVR and TMVR patients, building key operational aspects of the program, interfacing with an array of physicians and other providers and ensuring quality oversight.

1.\tManages and coordinates clinical care in the structural heart clinic
2.\tFacilitates a team approach and collaborates with the multidisciplinary structural heart team to establish a plan of care starting from initial interventional evaluation and following the continuum of care including pre-procedure, post-procedure and continued follow up post SH implant.
3.\tCoordinates the routine valve conferences
4.\tWorks with the patient and family to provide teaching, education and support throughout the patient's care.
5.\tOther duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:


Monday- Friday 9-5.
