CX Solutions is a premier Customer Experience Research and Consultancy agency located in Fairfax, Virginia.  We have been in the Customer Experience business for more than 45 years - helping our clients measure, track, and improve their customer experience.

CX Solutions is searching for a Customer Experience Technology Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for assisting with the management of, as well as configuring and implementing, the technology used by our clients to track their customer experience results.  They are responsible for assisting with survey programming, building dashboards, and configuring integrations.  CX Solutions uses Qualtrics technology for our clients.  Qualtrics platform expertise or experience is preferred.

This position can be remote.

General Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
● 1-4 years of experience at a Technology Software as a Service (Saas) company
● 1-4 years of experience with project management
● Proficient with HTML/CSS and Javascript
● Experience configuring SaaS software solutions or conducting technical trainings
● Superb communicator and problem-solver
● Experience with Qualtrics preferred
● Experience in Customer Experience or Market Research field preferred

Responsibilities
● Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
● Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through phone and email
● Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the CX solution and related solutions
● Help scope projects by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables
● Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion
● Work with our Product Management and Engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
● Manage project scope and provide alternative solutions to help keep projects within scope
● Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
