Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a large organization who is looking for a full-time recruiter with experience recruiting for health sciences positions.  This position will be responsible for: supporting full-life cycle recruitment needs across the organization including sourcing, selection and offer development, ensuring that every stage, from the initial staff requisition to final appointment is accurate.  They will be providing and ensuring that hiring managers and candidates alike are having a positive experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.  If this is you, please call 301-926-7800 for more details! 

Responsibilities

  • Support the full-life cycle recruitment needs including sourcing, selection and offer development.
  • Creatively sourcing active and passive high quality talent, developing creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment. 
  • Developing a detailed understanding of all projects and functional departments, providing best practices recruitment support, as well as becoming a credible and trusted talent adviser to hiring managers
  • Evaluating candidate skills and experiences to match core competencies with key hiring requirements
  • Providing constructive and thoughtful feedback to hiring managers for internal and external candidate reviews and recommendations.
  • Managing the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer analysis and development.
  • Ensuring that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance. 

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Prior HR experience, preferably in a direct recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator role internally within or in an external recruitment capacity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
