The company operates within the Biotechnology industry. Leads the development , design and delivery of a world class' marketing Excellence curricula, in conjunction with the AZ Commercial university across foundational , advanced and mastery levels . 'Future proofs' the marketing curricula by ensuring all external healthcare changes and factors are considered that will affect future Pharma Marketing . Manages relevant external academic bodies to drive the marketing excellence curricula for AZ Works with major markets, regions and global stakeholders to develop a Global Marketing Excellence plan which addresses key brand needs, capability gaps and business priorities Drives the 'AZ way of marketing 'through the ONE4ALL brand planning process, embedding common frameworks and marketing terminology across the business Develops and delivers a Global to local qualitative and quantified patient journey framework to drive insight generation and value for the brand, HCP customers, payers and patients. Links insight generation across market access, sales and medical. Acts as an Insight expert by deeply understanding the unique needs, experiences, patient journey and relevant outcomes for patients Provides and embeds brand planning and individual marketer assessments to be able to measure effectiveness of marketing excellence interventions across markets and regions . Develops a model for measuring success and embedding of all marketing capability interventions Works with other GCC team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of Marketing Excellence frameworks , processes and terminology across all other commercial functions. Regularly updates senior leaders on progress of marketing excellence interventions Leads the marketing excellence team to deliver against strategic priorities to time and budget. Manages the marketing excellence budget Develops team members and implement sstrong IDPs for them Degree in marketing or life science degree Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing Pharma roles Above market experience Has recently managed P&L in markets Understanding and experience of working with global stakeholders Experience in large Pharmaceutical organisation Experience with capability development and training materials in the Pharmaceutical business across therapeutic areas Ability to work across geographies and create learning systems with worldwide compatibility Ability to lead the development, design and delivery of training Proven project management skills and agency management Ability to work in a multiple stakeholder environment and provide clear strategic digital direction and plan
