The Development Services & Marketing Manager will help create and oversee a wide-range of marketing campaigns to build awareness and increase donations while interfacing and serving the needs of the President and Development Team. You will develop, implement and manage strategies and content for digital and print marketing programs including, but not limited to the website, letter campaigns, brochures, email campaigns, social media, search engine optimization, online advertising, and video. Must have in depth knowledge of non-profit business operations and needs-such as financial methodologies, ROI, fundraising, donor and prospect management and gift entry protocols, with excellent English and grammar skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Hands-on manager of the marketing team. Provide wide-ranging management to ensure achievement of the brand's recognition and awareness, all in support of the companies mission/vision. Planning and executing digital campaigns with web, email and social medical elements in support of major programs and events, while resourcing the Development Team. Proof and edit direct mail and newsletter articles, and manage the print schedule for all mailings. Develop needed print marketing and event materials, meeting all deadlines. Interface with printer and other vendors. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI). Oversight and direction on the social medial presence and daily management of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Manage promotional video creation and editing projects with internal staff and vendors. Create new creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies. Perform additional duties, as required, including limited travel. Bachelor's Degree in related field. Minimum three to five years' work-related experience managing digital and print marketing activities in a fast paced business or not-for-profit environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience writing consumer content is preferred. Portfolio of writing and digital campaign samples. Excellent interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills. Must be assertive, confident and project a positive presence. Proven project management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects. Solid strategic, analytical, communication and organizational skills. Strong sense of imitative, creative problem solving, and flexibility. Non-profit experience preferred, especially as related to giving trends. Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe software preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in international affairs preferred.
