The Sante Group seeks a full-time Crisis Therapist Manager to join our Harford County Crisis Response System! The Crisis Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis and MHHS Response teams, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services in the community, and supervising all related program staff. The successful candidate will be have strong leadership skills, demonstrated passion for crisis work, a flexible working style (this is a brand new start up office), and posses an LCPC, LCSW-C or equivalent. Essential Functions: Establish and monitor work schedules and coordinates/grants staff leave Ensure coverage of shifts Ensure appropriate follow-up with clients admitted to the Crisis Response System (CRS) until discharge per protocols Responsible for all case documentation Responsible for training and orienting new staff/interns to core competencies including use of the EMR Provides clinical backup for the Mobile Crisis Team (MCT) and Behavioral Health Response Team, as needed Audits open cases per Standard Operation Procedures Provides emergency staff coverage in MCT and MHHS team In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures that they are routinely implemented Develop and provide community trainings Participate in the rotation as the acting on-call supervisor Participate in community boards and committees Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field of study Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland - LCSW-C/LCPC Minimum four years of related experience preferred Must be a Board Approved Supervisor Must be able to work individually as well as within a team While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to drive a company vehicle. The employee must possess a valid Driver's License, proof of current automobile insurance and may not have more than two (2) points on their driving record We operate as a 365 day per year service. Directors must be available for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts, as scheduled. While every effort may be made to create a schedule that meets the individual staff person's needs, the schedule is created first and foremost to meet the needs of the program.
