Technical Recruiter- Internal Opening

We need someone who has technical recruiting experience who can immediately make an impact with sourcing, recruitment and placements in an extremely busy team. It is essential for this person to have a professional presence, articulate communication, and natural talents to relate to clients and maintain and grow accounts. The role is a base salary + commission offering strong earning potential in a high margin, profitable business that has a lot of room for expansion. IT Recruiter Recruiters in Professional Services are expected to source new candidates and service the business once it is obtained. The Recruiter recruits, interviews, hires and supervises branch field employees in contract positions at client companies. They are responsible for the thorough screening, documentation and reference checking of all field employees hired prior to all placement decisions and keeping employee and client files updated. Responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with candidates and consistently growing a network of strong referrals within your designated area of expertise. * Checking voice mail and communicating all issues to the team for timely follow up with clients and field employees * Recruiting qualified candidates through all available sources * Telephone screening candidates selling them on the SPARKS experience * Conducting in-person interviews utilizing behavioral based and skill set discovery interviewing questions * Conducting a skills assessment to select those candidates who demonstrate SPARKS core competencies * Ensuring accurate completion of data base entry for all candidate selection data including interview comments, assessment skills scores, I9 documentation and references * Continued communication with Account Executive to ensure job match suitability and client satisfaction * Communicating pay rate to field employee and ensuring accurate information to ensure their timely arrival at the work site * Telemarketing qualified candidates to Account Executives to ensure adequate pipeline of talent and making an impact on opportunities for future business * Working with other lines of business within the Professional Services Division and the Administrative Division, including but not limited to referring appropriate candidates and job orders to the proper office. Required experience and knowledge: * Bachelor degree preferred * Minimum of 2 years business experience in a service oriented work environment. Staffing experience OR IT industry knowledge strongly preferred * Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities * Desire for growth within the organization Technical Experience: * Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint. Proficient working with social media to include Linked In, Facebook and Twitter. * Ability to fully leverage online and social media resources to identify, build, and maintain a candidate network Qualifications/Background profile: Qualified candidates will be comfortable using nontraditional methods of sourcing At least 3 years of prior IT recruiting experience Excellent communication skills written and verbal Recent connections in the IT community as well as in depth understanding of cyber terminology Ability to network and go beyond standard job boards.
