  • You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-08 (or equivalent) grade level serving as administrative point of contact performing all of the following tasks: receiving all visitors and calls to the supervisor, composing correspondence, maintaining supervisors calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, purchasing supplies, entering payroll, reviewing format of correspondence, and using various types of office automation software (e.g., word processing, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail, graphic presentations, etc.).

    You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

    Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

    This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

    The full performance level of this position is GS-9.
