Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Community and Business Development Liaison to support the sales and outreach activities that promote our outpatient rehabilitation services, who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. This position establishes strong working relationships with referral sources to continually improve the referral process and their external knowledge of services we provide. Responsibilities include relationship building, promoting our comprehensive outpatient therapy services, conducting ongoing referral source needs assessments, utilizing cold calling and phone to schedule appointments with targeted physicians, therapists, Rehab outpatient clinics, and health professionals; documents contact information and sales activities in contact management data base, generate target lists and reports from data sources. Candidate must be highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills, and be able to work independently.

Qualified candidates will possess:

•\tMinimum of a Bachelor's degree
•\t1-3 years (minimum) of experience in healthcare or pharma/medical device sales
•\tStrong customer service skills
•\tCritical thinking and analytical skills
•\tProven ability to communicate with and persuade others in a positive manner
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
•\tProficient in Microsoft office suite and overall web-based social media.
•\tMust have daily access to a vehicle, a current driver's license and clear driving record
