- Conversion of many paper files to electronic storage.
- Perform numerous Internet searches for requested documentation; copy, deliver and store electronically.
- Route correspondence and documents.
- Maintain appointment schedule; may need to plan/schedule meetings and teleconferences.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- May need to provide back-up to other administrative assistants.
- Proficiency with electronic file storage, Microsoft Office, scheduling, organization, time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 10+ years’ administrative assistant experience.
- Legal experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments.
