Patient Customer Service Associate II--Central Billing Office
Shift: Full Time, Days
The Patient Customer Service Associate II is responsible for patient account resolution and responding to multiple incoming calls, work patient correspondence, update information, audit accounts, sets up payments plans and takes payments and summarize and document patient calls. Provides patient with a one call resolution.
High School Grad or Equivalent
Required: Billing - 2 years, Call Center - 2 years
2+ years of related experience in a call center or healthcare environment required. 2+ years of billing experience required. Epic, GECB, or All script experience preferred
