Job Description: Sentara Healthcare is seeking an Admin Director, Clinical Effectiveness at our Centre Point location in Virginia Beach!

Provides corporate oversight for Clinical Effectiveness, Quality Management/Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention and Control and Accreditation and Regulatory Standards areas to include budgeting, goals and objectives, fiscal management, business planning, project management, etc. Serves as a corporate process owner responsible for the design and implementation of key initiatives that integrate, support and link strategic imperatives relating to clinical performance improvement, patient safety, infection prevention and control, and accreditation and regulatory compliance designed to meet both corporate and divisional goals. Organizes and coordinates system strategies that focus activities to support system and customer goals, to optimize results, and to reduce duplication of effort and technology.
