Job Summary/Company: 

Sparks Group has partnered with a software company in Reston, VA that is seeking customer service oriented Call Center Representatives to work an afternoon/evening shift. This company has become a partner of choice to many Fortune 500 companies. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!

Responsibilities:

  • Receive up to 60 inbound calls per day
  • Correspond with clients and/or local businesses
  • Conduct necessary research to answer questions clients may have in regards to surveys
  • Respond to inquiries that include, but are not limited to resetting passwords and answering survey questions

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Basic computer skills (comfortable with internet browsing, typing, etc.)
  • Experience working within the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong team orientation
  • Availability to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
