Call Center Representative
Sparks Group has partnered with a software company in Reston, VA that is seeking customer service oriented Call Center Representatives to work an afternoon/evening shift. This company has become a partner of choice to many Fortune 500 companies. Apply now or call 703-620-6444!
- Receive up to 60 inbound calls per day
- Correspond with clients and/or local businesses
- Conduct necessary research to answer questions clients may have in regards to surveys
- Respond to inquiries that include, but are not limited to resetting passwords and answering survey questions
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Basic computer skills (comfortable with internet browsing, typing, etc.)
- Experience working within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong team orientation
- Availability to work 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
