Department: Property Management/Facilities   


  • Maintain the loading dock in a clean and orderly state
  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of delivery trucks
  • Coordinate residential move in and move outs
  • Coordinate use of loading dock with retail occupants
  • Complete Residential garage inspections
  • Pick up trash throughout the Residential garage
  • Submit maintenance tickets if there is an issue to be addressed and ensure issue gets resolved in a timely manner
  • Check on in-door dog park on an hourly basis
  • Check the FOB building security once to twice a day to ensure each floor is locked and only residents with FOBS can enter
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned


  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year in a customer-service related job
  • Driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Able to operate a forklift
