Job Summary/Company:

We are looking for a Workday Change Management Specialist who will provide change management consulting expertise for Workday operational functionality for current and future projects. The candidate will partner with BAs, Information Services, and the company on requirement gathering and development needs. In this role, you will create a variety of collateral for use, while still developing your own abilities and management skills. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, programs, and processes fro the effective utilization of the organization's human capital in support of business initatives
  • Manage communications and change programs
  • Monitor of organization effectiveness measures 
  • Serve as the change management practitioner to consulting expertise 
  • Maintain responsibility for using communications and change management tactics to ensure the ongoing adoption and use of Workday and the best end-user experience possible for the processes 
  • Assess any changes needed in stakeholder expertise or other requirements resulting from the change 
  • Train, process, map, update, and source ongoing feedback and analyze, develop, and implement communications and change management plans to support enhancements and new functionality 
  • Develop and/or revise a variety of change management-related collateral, including job aids, quick guides, help text and guided tours, and online SharePoint resources

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Position requires a Bachelor's Degree
  • Position requires 3+ years in change management with some experience in stakeholder management, communications and marketing, consulting, system functionality, and process development 
  • Position requires experience with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project 
  • Position prefers Workday experience 
  • Position prefers Certifications in PROSCI, LaMarsh, or CMAP
  • Position prefers some client staff experience either in a direct or liaison capacity
