Qualified candidates will possess:

Bachelors of Science degree minimum requirement
Strong experience required in 340B program management
Responsible for the implementation of V340B. Verify online split billing software.
Act as a liaison between members of the pharmacy department, other departments and vendors.
Day to day management of the 340B program for inpatient mixed use areas
Work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure adherence to program regulations
Perform internal audits for the hospital
Provide monthly and quarterly savings reports for leadership
Responsible for optimizing program operations, which has resulted in a system wide annual savings

Work Schedule:

340B purchasing experience preferred.
Hospital pharmacy experience required.
Pharmacy Technician License in Maryland required.
Business education preferred, minimum will be an Associate's degree
Good time management, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and establish priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required for creating and presenting a variety of reports.
