Use your full life cycle recruitment expertise to assist assigned business units and hiring managers. You will work with your hiring manager to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates. This role requires critical thinking to the entire recruitment process and leverages knowledge of market trends and external factors to enhance the organization's competitive position. In addition, you will work with our hiring mangers on policies, processes and effective methodologies.
This role requires a BA/BS Degree in business or health care or related field and PHR/SPHR or related professional certification preferred. You must have at least 5 years of work experience including 3 years recruitment experience. You should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of federal/state employment labor laws and EEO compliance requirements.
To be a successful candidate you should be knowledgeable on Cost per Hire metrics and hiring trends as well have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are must. This role requires demonstrated flexibility in adjusting to changing requirements and client demands. Also, successful candidates are detail oriented. You will travel locally as well.
