Clinical Operations Manager

Under the direction of the Director, Home Assistance, the Clinical Operations Manager leads all operational and clinical aspects of Adventist Home Assistance/Adventist Choice Nursing (AHA/ACN), quality management, and Certified Nursing Assistant education and supervision. The Clinical Operations Manager facilitates the daily activities of the organization ensuring a customer-centric philosophy is promoted. Partners with the Director to develop referral relationships within the healthcare system and outside entities. Ensures organization goals and metrics are met.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
Master's Degree preferred
Valid Maryland and DC RN licensure required
Valid American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification
Three years Medical/Surgical Nursing experience
Two years home care nursing experience
Experience working in a private pay home-care environment
Valid Driver's License
