Position Overview
The Financial Forecasting and capital management team within Risk and Finance Strategic operations is seeking a Financial Forecasting Modeling Senior. Candidate should have an accounting or finance background, strong analytical skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to interact and work effectively with all levels of management within and across departments. Candidate must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and to work independently. Responsibilities Include:
*Prepare multi-year corporate financial forecast on a quarterly basis
*Play a key role in supporting the annual Dodd-Frank stress test.
*Help manage operational risk controls, Internal Audit and other adhoc requests.
*Support requests from our regulator
*Coordinate, prepare and enhance standard and adhoc reports and analysis that are used for Management and Board reporting
*Support financial forecast projects and initiatives.
*Collaborate on process efficiency initiatives. Recommend process improvements and establish procedures that positively impact the financial forecast operation.

Basic Requirements
*5-7 years of related professional work experience
*Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
*Understanding of drivers of financial results
*Strong financial aptitude and robust analytical skills
*Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to create complex charts/graphs
*Understanding of GAAP accounting concepts
*Understanding of financial statements including Balance Sheet and Income statement

Preferred Skills
*Understanding of the secondary mortgage industry, experience with Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae is desirable
*Strong oral and written communications skills
*Knowledge of Hyperion, PeopleSoft and other reporting tools
*Be proficient in – SQL, VBA or SAS
*Ability to work effectively with continuous change and short deadlines
*Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
