Construction Superintendent  (Washington, DC)

Job Description and Responsibilities

Looking for a Construction Superintendent to be responsible for the project field operations, subcontractor/trades and field personnel on the project site, as required to successfully complete a project on schedule and within budget focusing on safety, schedule and quality.

The superintendent must coordinate with the project manager logistics for material, equipment, and field paperwork.

Required Experience

Ten years commercial experience within the trades


Five years field experience combined with a related degree


  • Organized and able to communicate well
  • Attention to detail
  • Schedule driven
  • Leads a safe work site
  • Team player, able to plan and direct successful teams
