- Recruiting event logistics to include: booking and coordinating on-campus events, preparing and shipping marketing material, managing travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support for recruiters including candidate tracking and correspondence emails and calls
- Analytics support including referral tracking and assistance with candidate tracking processes and system
- Assist with relocation funding and bonus payouts
- Strong attention to detail to produce a consistent work product
- Flexibility to fill in gaps as needed and participate in ad-hoc projects
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous administrative, customer service, HR or recruiting experience
