Job Summary/Company:

  • Pipeline for critical skill sets relating to technical roles
  • Reach out to pipelined prospects to gauge experience and qualifications
  • Work with recruiting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in sourcing efforts
  • Ensure weekly metrics are being met
  • Collect intel and maintain accurate data collection

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Passion for social media research and out of the box thinking
  • Strong technical recruiting/sourcing background
  • 5+ year's of relevant experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of government contracting preferred
