Job Description: Group in Woodbridge, VA is recruiting for a full time Patient Care Rep to join our team in our Surgical Office in Woodbridge for day time business hours.Department/Position Overview: This position will join the healthcare team in our Surgical Office in Woodbridge. Duties will include assuming responsibility for the registration process of new and current patients, check in and check out functions, collection of co-payments, scheduling appointments, requesting medical records, answering telephones and greeting all patients and visitors with a smile. Responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Completes check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
