RECRUITING MANAGER (EXEMPT) Prestigious D.C. branch office of a full-service, leading international law firm seeks a Recruiting Manager for their Washington, D.C. office.  The Recruiting Manager, in coordination with the Office Hiring Partner and the Firmwide Recruiting Team, will be responsible for all aspects of lawyer and law student recruiting to include summer associates, new lawyers, and lateral hires.  A Bachelor’s degree is required along with at least five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment.  Must be flexible to work extended hours during recruiting season and possess strong knowledge of recruiting policies and procedures, recruiting software, and applicant tracking systems (viDesktop and LawCruit).  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. TEMPORARY SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT International membership organization with a great metro-accessible location in Northwest D.C. has an immediate opening for a temporary Sr. Human Resources Assistant to support their HR Department for at least six months.  Responsibilities will include assisting with recruiting efforts, on-boarding and off-boarding, preparing COBRA election notices and FMLA correspondence, processing workers’ compensation claims, reconciling insurance invoices, assisting with open enrollment activities, administering voluntary benefit programs, and performing administrative functions as needed.  An Associate’s degree and at least two (2) years of relevant experience are required; at least one (1) year of experience in a membership organization preferred.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent communication skills. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Boutique public interest firm with an excellent location in downtown D.C. seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations related to staffing, recruitment, benefits, compensation, policies, and procedures.  A Bachelor’s degree with at least five (5) years of direct HR experience required.  Prior experience must include recruiting and benefits administration at the management level.
