A Bachelor’s degree is required along with at least five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment. Must be flexible to work extended hours during recruiting season and possess strong knowledge of recruiting policies and procedures, recruiting software, and applicant tracking systems (viDesktop and LawCruit). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
