ENTRY-LEVEL ADMINISTRATIVE OPPORTUNITIES (LEGAL)
Multiple exciting temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities in law firms / legal environments for bright and motivated entry-level candidates! Some supporting human resources / recruiting departments and others reporting directly to administration.
Please note that a Bachelor’s degree is NOT required for all openings.
General responsibilities may include:
>Answering incoming phone calls
>Collecting and organizing client paperwork
>Drafting and editing correspondence
>Registering visitors with lobby security
>Scheduling attorney calendars
>Making travel arrangements
>Stocking conference rooms
>Ordering office supplies
>Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
>Other duties, as assigned
Preferred qualifications may include:
>Bachelor’s degree preferred
>Some professional office experience in a law firm setting preferred
>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new technologies quickly
>Strong attention to detail
>Proactive, “team player” attitude; willingness to jump in and assist with office needs as they arise
>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
>Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
