Oversees the functions related to the IT customer support, IT technology services, and applications services. Oversees the implementation maintenance and support of information technology including data center, networking, and applications. Responsible for IT Budget management and project tracking. Leads the IT and security risk assessment process. Establish key performance indicators for tracking service performance and optimization. Oversee definition of service level agreements (SLAs) related to contracted services and ensure SLAs are achieved and expectations are met (or exceeded). Oversees the management of staff in the Information Technology department. Bachelor's degree in healthcare information systems, information systems, or related field; Master's degree in Information Systems or relevant field preferred. MS Exchange, Windows Networking experience. Extensive experience with IT Operations teams to enhance and upgrade applications, processes, and optimization of systems. Extensive experience testing and rolling out feature enhancements in revenue cycle management and other healthcare IT systems. Strong project management skills.
