Job Description: ELINT Analysts support the Combatant Command s watch operations, providing Maritime Operational Electronic Intelligence (OPELINT), Force Disposition (FD), and ELINT tracking and analysis of air and air defense forces and ground-based radars. This is a watch position and will require shift work. Provides OPELINT analytical and FD support to the Combatant Command watch, tracking hostile and/or adversary maritime forces, air and air defense force, ground-based radars. Prepares assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of ELINT information. Supports a Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) update and refresh team. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Employs tools including GALE 5, GCCS, RMT, WRANGLER, CED, and IBS. May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience. Qualifications Required: With a Bachelor s degree, minimum of 3 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts. With an Associate s degree, minimum of 7 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts. With a high school diploma, minimum of 9 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in ELINT analysis. Experience working with tools such as GALE 5, GCCS, RMT, WRANGLER, CED, IBS,MIDB, and various tactical links (i. e., Link 16). Current TS/SCI, eligible for CI Poly. Desired: Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.
