Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Be part of a team that directs and executes all financial and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and contract accounting and reporting. You will participate and contribute to the complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and or systems related to financial management and contractual issues, which would require reporting and recommended solutions. Understand Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), prepare reports, charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing and reporting financial planning and performance. Contribute to Labor planning, payroll/personnel processing, cost accounting and financial performance measurement. Perform financial research and analysis to include profit/loss and variance analyses, and other financial reviews as required. Prepare and Analyze contract billing and modifications. Perform general Project Control functions, including planning tracking, purchasing, and analysis and reporting on a routine and non-routine schedule. Assist in development and analyzing Estimates at Completion (EACs). Qualifications Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting and 2-4 years of relative professional work experience is required. Three additional years of relative work experience may be substituted for degree. Demonstrated experience with performing a variety of budgetary functions implementing an organization s program, policies, and procedures. Develops, formulates and revises the program's budget. Must have experience with Microsoft Office; Costpoint, COGNOS, or Time Charging tools. Must be self-starter, willing to work complex technical problems with clearly communicated expectations and limited supervision. Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral and written communication to convey his/her thought process on complex financial and management issues Working knowledge of financial systems and automation Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current Secret Clearance, TS/SCI eligible Preferred Qualifications Direct DoD experience in contract and financial management. Experience with enterprise systems such as Cost Point, Cognos, Deltek are strongly desired. Education: B. S.
