Job Description What You ll Get to Do : CACI is in search of an Executive Administrator/Office Manager for a newly awarded contract. This position plays an instrumental role in the daily operations and functions for the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer for Special Access Programs (DoD SAP CIO) More About this Role : The Executive Administrator/Office Manager directly supports the DoD SAP CIO and the office in the daily administrative functions required to effectively and efficiently execute. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides full spectrum of administrative support to include executive administration Uses government systems to create and book travel itineraries for civilian staff. Drafts travel vouchers for civilian staff Maintains office shared and civilian calendars, coordinates meetings, and deconflicts, reprioritizes as needed Organizes and facilities conferences Performs full spectrum office management include manage of space allocation, coordination with facilities management, liaison with enterprise IT for support of office IT Ensures adequate stock of office supplies, procures new Manages office purchase card Coordinates new employee onboarding, including facility access, Performs escorting of uncleared personnel Coordinates training EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience. Proven experience performing office management of a high op-tempo and agile office environment Experience adapting to changing priorities and schedules Proven organization and written communication skills Proven proficiency with standard office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
