Description: Position Summary: Perform a range of administrative and accounting duties as they relate to the day-to-day needs of the organization, while adhering to company processes and procedures. Job Duties:Accounts Payable:Coding, matching and data entryProcess weekly check runs and wires as neededAssist with 1099 activitiesAccounts Receivable:Generate and Submit Invoices per Client SpecificationsPost Cash ReceiptsGenerate & make weekly Bank DepositsAdministrative Functions Project Tracking Software:User adds, changes, terminationsProject set up and maintenanceMonitor Daily Timekeeping ReportingBasic user support : initial training, password resetsOffice Manager Duties as Assigned:FilingOrder SuppliesAnswer Phones Manage Assets List Other Misc. Duties as assigned Position Requirements Requirements:Associates Degree in Business or Accounting with one or more years performing accounting dutiesStrong Organizational SkillsKeen Attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in use of standard Microsoft Office Suite, such as Outlook, Word & ExcelExperience with QuickBooks or Unanet helpfulExperience working for a government contractor preferred (not required)
