Job Description Our Account Managers are the main point of contact for customers and the liaison to the clients, full training is provided for the following essential job functions: - Present client products and services to customers in an informative, educational, and professional manner - Assist in the distribution of marketing materials to target markets to initiate dialog and build relationships with crucial points of contact for customers - Organize materials and plan territory maps for marketing plans and assist in maintaining all paperwork for the customer database and client directory - Follow up appropriately with all potential and actual customers to ensure quality customer service If you don't need experience, what DO you need? ✓ Must be a natural extrovert with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills ✓ Enjoy working in a small, entrepreneurial environment that is both mission and results-driven ✓ Clear understanding of the relationship between ROI and creative ideas.
