Job Description Sales Account Manager/ Client Relations Representative Description: This position is also known as the Outside Client Relations Representative. Client is currently seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and self-disciplined individual to join the established Outside Sales Account Management team. These representatives work in a proactive role with existing clients to build and sustain long-term relationships. This role includes collaboration with clients through analyzing processes then presenting technology solutions that solve business problems and improve efficiency. Outside Client Relation Representatives build additional value with clients through managing implementation, training for added solutions, and sharing detailed updates for existing products. Base salary plus uncapped commission and includes a transportation allowance with the opportunity to increase salary as life-to-date sales increase. Position Responsibilities: Meeting sales quotas by promoting additional technology services to the existing client base Building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients Analyzing needs of the client and customizing solutions to meet those needs Train clients on new and existing services Solution base selling techniques with a consultative approach Responsible for client retention Candidate will also be provided: Ongoing sales training Helpful sales tools Continuous sales support Management support Financial incentives Advancement opportunities Qualifications Education/Experiences: Bachelor' s Degree required Sales, account manager experience required Customer Service experience is a plus Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills: telephone, oral, and written GoToMeeting experience a plus Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision Conducting needs assessments for clients Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software such as Windows NT, FTP, HTTPS, SMTP, Internet security, and delimited file formats Company Description At GMG, we strive to provide the best marketing and promotions for all of our clientele.
