Contact Center MSR
Job Description Major Duties: Serves as liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts, taking loan applications, handling or transferring incoming calls and professionally handling members' daily credit union needs. Provides a variety of transaction services to members and actively cross-sells products and services. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum three (3) years previous experience as a Teller/MSR, or previous telephone/sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to multi-task and have great attention to detail. PC proficient. Ability to function in a financial institution call center environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, etc. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Some travel required.
