We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our Conduct & Culture vertical in our Washington, DC headquarters. Product Marketing is responsible for defining, implementing and managing the process for building sales and marketing assets. This will include creating and driving marketing strategies which will increase community and customer involvement with our solutions. The primary role is to develop the organization's Conduct & Culture sales assets, collateral, message mapping, case studies and various marketing tools to support business development. The role will engage with the senior leadership team and provide recommendations into the most impactful marketing assets to support business growth and expansion. Responsibilities: Assess and understand the buyer persona(s) related to EVERFI's online compliance training solutions including needs, motivations, behaviors, attitudes, and buying processes Research and define the challenges faced by these personas Create and refine a messaging platform that offers unique positioning in response to buyer type and sales stage that also differentiate EVERFI from competitive solutions Work collaboratively with Sales executives and Subject Matter Experts to evolve the buyer personas as market needs shift Oversee the development and delivery of client-facing collateral/resources, field training, and sales enablement tools Define and position client needs as they pertain to EVERFI solutions for the corporate compliance training market Research industry trends, competitive products and other factors that will need to shape solution positioning Partner with subject matter experts on Conduct & Culture Network and marketing strategies to increase membership and impact Minimum of 5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B software Experience using a solution selling or a pragmatic marketing framework Outstanding project management and coordination skills with ability to track simultaneous projects and initiatives Comfortable researching, collecting, analyzing, and presenting data Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to consistently perform under the pressure of deadlines and other administrative demands Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative, flexible environment Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and oral Independent, self-starter with strong prioritization skills; and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment Minimum of a Bachelors degree required; Business and/or Marketing preferred Competitive base salary, 401k match, & equity plan Health, dental, & vision coverage Generous paid time off program Opportunity to work with talented people who also have fun in the workplace Convenient office location in the heart of downtown Georgetown EVERFI appreciates your interest in our company as a place of employment.
