Lead and support HR service integration and delivery to non-U.S. workforce including develop and maintain compliance guides and framework; development of local HR programs that align to global management , policies, and procedures; manage compensation and benefits; lead employee relations role; development of on-boarding programs; etc. Analyze and align local HR programs to corporate policies, procedures, and practices. Work with local management on change management, training, and communication. Coordinate with vendors as appropriate. Manage and administer HRIS and system of record for local HR records and documentation. Duties include: * Research and develop HR compliance programs for local HR based on local labor, payroll, and other regulations; * Create master employment agreements / offer letters; * Deliver HR locally, coordinating with vendors, local management, and employees for compensation and benefits, policies, forms, employee relations, training and development, etc.; * Process HRIS and records tasks; * Partner with management for change management, communications, and employee relations; * Develop policies, and procedures; * Support and administer global mobility requirements such as immigration, visas, relocation, payroll, and tax programs; and * Back-up support to other IHR team members for other duties. BA/BS in HR or related degree, * 2+ years comparative HR project experience * 5+ years generalist HR experience * 2+ years HR service delivery in multiple countries and regions * Experience in global mobility - immigration, relocation, expatriate management, tax and payroll programs, and International employee relations experience including unions, works councils, and investigations * Comparative HR lead to align HR programs and cater services to local stakeholders * Foreign language(s) a plus * Required Technical Skills: PeopleSoft, MS Office, SharePoint and other records and collaboration systems. Experience working with procurement, AP, payroll, and financial systems * Global mobility experience * Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
