Robert Half is looking for a strategic Director of Human Resources to oversee the daily operations of a firm in Baltimore, MD., ? Oversee all HR related programs relating to employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, recruitment, vendor management, onboarding, terminations, HRIS, and compliance. ? Design and implement strategic goals, HR initiatives and process improvements to increase employee engagement, morale, and performance. ? Partner with the HR Department, Executives and hiring managers for support and project assistance. ? Provide guidance and training to staff on human resources issues, policies and procedures. ? Ensure all Federal and State laws are being adhered to regarding unemployment and workers? compensation. ? Bachelors or Master?s degree in Human Resources. ? HR certifications are preferred (SPHR, SPHR-CP, PHR etc.). ? 10+ years of progressive HR Management experience in a professional services industry, legal industry experience is a plus. ? HRIS systems experience required, UltiPro experience a plus. ? Strategic professional with experience improving processes and leading change. ? Results driven and motivated to take business operations to the next level. ? Problem solver with a high level of professionalism and business acumen. ? Ability to manage highly confidential information. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cohesively interact with strong personalities. ?
