Very limited travel and growth potential!! This Senior Internal Auditor will support the CAE and assist with helping to plan, supervise and execute audits of processes and controls per the annual internal audit plan. As part of the Audit team, this Senior with have to develop a solid understanding of the Company's financial, operational, and compliance processes and controls and related information systems, and coordinate and execute internal audits with co-sourcing partner, external auditors, Loss Prevention, and Compliance. Additionally the Senior Auditor will assist with the development of the annual internal audit plan, schedule, and budgets, will plan and execute financial, operational, compliance, and information systems audits using a risk-based methodology, perform interviews and walkthroughs; document processes and related controls through flowcharts and narratives and analyze data gathered to assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls by performing audit procedures and make appropriate recommendations for remediation of any identified control deficiencies. *Degree in Accounting and 4+ years experience working in public accounting or in internal audit * 2+ years experience with the following: ? Prepare written reports and oral presentations to communicate the results of audit and consulting projects to management ? Review audit work performed by staff as needed ? Participate in risk assessments and the development and ongoing monitoring of an ERM program ? Participate in the development and ongoing monitoring of business continuity and disaster recovery programs ? Maintain a high level of integrity and professional ethics; assist the company's leadership with monitoring the organization's ethics. ?
