Major responsibilities - Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format - Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing - Provide front desk and receptionist support - Interface with customers in a friendly manner - Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary - Interface with customers in a friendly manner and provide service quickly and accurately - Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing - Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Experience with Word and Excel - 1+ years of Office Clerk experience at minimum suggested - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills - Experience handling office equipment - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities - Accounts payable experience highly desired - Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience - Deep understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Back office support experience - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask effectively - Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resume] !
