Taleo Recruitment System Experience a must Determines sources for potential applicants Utilizes professional sourcing and referrals Screens applications and resumes upon receipt Facilitates telephone and personal interviews of qualified applicants and initiates non-offer written responses to all other applicants Maintains applicant records Responsible for placing advertising in compliance with federal and state guidelines and company policy Acts as liaison to employment agencies Conducts first level screening, testing, and interviewing in a professional and effective manner Participates in college recruiting program, maintaining contact with placement office personnel and other school representatives to enhance college/company relations Participates in minority and outreach recruiting programs and maintains contact with placement office, minority, and outreach organization representatives to enhance recruiting efforts Conducts reference checks, communicates status of selection process to applicants, and extends employment offer to candidates via offer letter Participates in career fairs sponsored by schools or special interest groups Develops and maintains human resource information on our current systems on an on-going basis Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested College degree in Human Resources or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management Must be organized, accurate, dependable, flexible, thorough and professional Ability to react quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment Ability to adapt time and efforts in priority areas and meet deadlines Confidentiality a must
