Stops Occupational Health Nurse
Responsibilities: Performs patient services, including audiometry, EKG, vision screening, tonometry, spirometry, TB screening, venipuncture, immunizations, allergy treatments and administration of medications. Assesses and provide counseling on severe and minor injuries and illnesses. Collects and prepares medical information; maintains medical records. Qualifications Five (5) years nursing experience with CPR certification. Occupational Health Nursing experience. Minimum Education: Bachelor s degree in nursing. Current state nursing licensure. NIOSH-approved Spirometry and Hearing Conservation training. This effort is for a bid and contingent on award.
