Description: The Spatial Solutions Group of Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to support programs and IRAD projects in Northern Virginia. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required in order to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Senior level engineers and Program Managers in day to day project activities PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (list daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities) * Assist with the development and implementation of multiple integration projects, monitor execution, and assess performance. * Work with Program Management and Senior Engineers, and others to engage in working groups and projects implementing IRAD initiatives into the IC community. * Help to coordinate working-level administrative and logistical integration of IRADs and programs * Assist programs in driving closure to required financial, program and corporate milestones and commitments * Help to ensure projects are aligned and responsive to Spatial Solutions Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation deadlines and milestones. * Drive process improvements to stream line IRAD and Programmatic initiatives * Prepare status updates for senior management Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI with polygraph * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work experience * 5+ years' experience related to Project Management work * 5+ years' experience working with or in the IC.
