RealAtom is a fast-paced, Commercial Real Estate start-up headquartered in Tysons, VA. Our CRE technology is the first of its kind and we are growing fast. If you want to take part in that growth and quickly advance your career, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative. The new hire will join the current team and generate qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development team. The SDR will work to quickly contact and qualify inbound leads. In addition to inbound leads, the SDR will work to strategically target accounts via outbound prospecting and engagement. This position will report to the Director of Sales and be an integral part of the team, as well as a bench for our future sales reps. This is a great opportunity to help shape the sales team of a venture-backed tech startup in the DC area. You will learn the fundamentals of being a successful SDR and grow into leadership positions in the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials 1-3 years technology sales experience Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership Ability to work within a team to achieve goals Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity Excel at developing relationships over the phone Ability to handle high outbound call volume with correspondingly high talk time Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Proficient computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
