Chief Information Officer
The company operates within the education sector.A' The Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides leadership and management oversight for all aspects of technology, enterprise and information systems, infrastructure, and services, including policy, standards, practices, assessment, and security standards and measures. The CIO will foster a culture of process improvement and service orientation for all user communities; evaluate and prioritize technology initiatives and solutions; and collaborate with stakeholders to further University strategic and operational goals to ensure effective, efficient and secure operation of all systems. The CIO will be a creative information technology leader, an outstanding collaborative manager, and an excellent communicator. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, information systems, instructional/academic technology, administrative systems and processes, computer operations, technical support functions, communications, networks, computer applications/systems development and delivery systems.MasterA cents € (TM) s degree and/or advanced degree in information technology or a related discipline, and a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible professional and leadership experience in higher education including senior administrative position(s) in delivering information technology services and programs and ensuring cybersecurity, privacy, and IT risk management. Experience in implementation, management, and use of databases relevant to university operations, technology infrastructure for delivery of online courses, and electronic resources.
