Role Purpose This is a strategic role working closely with the Payer & Provider Solutions Leader and Leadership Team within the Global Real-World & Analytic Solutions (RWAS) in developing clinically driven sales collateral in support of new service offerings and technology within the Registry Practice. This highly visible opportunity is intended to develop future leaders within the RWAS business, leveraging an intense 2-3 years in the role to develop deep expertise and operational skills and organizational networks. Principal Accountabilities This role will work closely with the Payer & Provider Solutions Leader and Sales team, with substantial communication and solution development responsibilities such as: o 5-10 years Clinical experience required for this role. Quality improvement in healthcare delivery a plus. o Leverage clinical background to generate sales collateral that engages decision makers within Provider Organizations (ie Scientific / Research Directors) and Biopharma Organizations (Clinical Procurement Directors) o Leads creation of strategic client presentations o Conduct research in various areas of modern medicine to craft engaging client content o Create content that pulls together novel diagnostic / treatment pathways with IQVIA technical solutions and service offerings o Support the Payer &Provider Solutions President in preparation for internal and external executive meetings o Shape Business Unit communications and materials, aligning messaging to BU priorities and performance o Represent the BU to other stakeholders in the business as required (corporate, other BUs, GTO, etc.) and ensure alignment to BU priorities o Collaborate with and influence Business Unit Leadership team and wider stakeholders to understand the integrated technology and service offerings across o Work with Registry Practice stakeholders to shape and provide guidance on information that will transit in or out of the organization Job Requirements Special projects o Lead and manage specific rollout of internal initiatives as required o Coordinate and work with other business unit leaders to facilitate the desired business unit objectives Client-facing activities * Support preparations for executive level client meetings by engaging with various stakeholders in the RWAS network * Attend client meetings in support of Business Development needs EEO Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people.
