  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties such as: 1) Providing Cybersecurity-related strategic planning, capital planning and investment control, Cybersecurity workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, auditing, and information security management in accordance with organizational requirements; 2) Developing and maintaining strategic plans related to Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Workforce; 3) Providing policy guidance to management, staff, and customers within current and future business environments.

    -- 1. Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assigned duties for the position to which you are assigned, and;
    -- 2. Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor."
